Who this covers
AIOL is used by two kinds of account. A firm account is issued to a law firm by invitation — there is no self-serve sign-up. A dispute session is granted by an ADR platform to a party in an arbitration, lasts only as long as that platform allows, and can see one case and nothing else. The two are separate: neither credential opens the other's workspace.
What AIOL holds
Account details you or your administrator provide; the documents, drafts and analyses created or uploaded in your workspace; the procedural record synced from the ADR platform for a dispute session; and ordinary technical records needed to run and secure the service. In a dispute, your drafts, analyses and working documents are private to your party unless you share them.
How long it is kept
Firm material is kept for as long as the firm's account is active, and is deleted on request or on closure of the account. Dispute material outlives the session it was created in — a session expiring does not delete your work — and follows the retention agreed with the ADR platform that granted access.
Questions and requests
To ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted: firm users should contact their firm's AIOL administrator, and dispute parties should contact the ADR case manager who granted their access. Both routes reach us.
